Children need to develop healthy habits in the early years, staff will support children to:
Gain control over the large movements which we can make with our arms, legs and bodies, so that they can run, jump, hop, skip, roll, climb, balance and lift.
Gain control over the small movements we can make with our arms, wrists and hands, so that they can pick up and use objects, tools and materials; and support children’s understanding of how exercise, eating, sleeping and hygiene promote good health.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons 12.15 p.m. - 2.45 p.m.
